About Jade Fletcher
Founder
I grew up in real estate. While other kids were working summer jobs at coffee shops, I was running open houses. I’ve worked in property management, started a brokerage in the Bay Area, managed compliance across three states at a proptech startup, and invested in Las Vegas from out of state before eventually making the move myself. My background in tech shaped how I approach real estate: question assumptions, look at the data, and understand the full picture before taking action. I built Plurify for buyers going through the same transition because I’ve been through every side of it myself.
Today, I lead Plurify with a focus on thoughtful decision making and disciplined execution in the Las Vegas market. Our work centers on understanding goals, evaluating tradeoffs, and moving forward with intention rather than pressure. As the brokerage grows, my role is to set that standard and ensure every client experience reflects clear thinking, transparent communication, and sound judgment from start to finish.

Managing Broker
I’ve spent my career in Las Vegas real estate, and over the years, I’ve seen how much the details behind a deal can shape the outcome. With a legal background, I’m able to identify risks and address issues early, always with my clients’ best interests in mind. I have extensive experience handling high-conflict transactions and know how to navigate challenging situations while keeping deals on track. I prioritize clear communication and transparency so you always know where things stand. As the managing broker of Plurify Properties, I train and oversee our agents and stay closely involved in each transaction to maintain a consistent high standard. My approach is proactive, with a focus on resolving potential issues before they become problems. My role is to protect your interests and help you make well-informed decisions with clarity and confidence.
