Find Your Community

When most people say “Las Vegas“, they mean the whole valley, not just the Strip. Four incorporated cities and a wide stretch of unincorporated Clark County make up the metro: Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, and Boulder City, plus the townships in between. Inside this metro sit seven areas, each with its own character, price point, and pace of life. Nobody pictures all of that from the sign on the highway. Use the guides below to find where you’d actually want to look or live.

*A note on how this guide is organized: we’ve grouped every community by valley orientation, not by official city or township lines. Wherever you land, you’ll always know where you are relative to the rest of the valley, at a glance. It’s not the only way to slice up Las Vegas. It’s just the way we chose. If you’d draw the map differently, tell us. We’re always up for that conversation.

Plurify district map

CENTRAL

The valley's original core, where the resort corridor and historic Downtown built up before any of the surrounding suburbs existed. High-rise living and real walkability in pockets, the version of Las Vegas most people picture first.

CENTRAL

NORTHWEST

The valley's premium corner, led by Summerlin's three decades of master-planned build-out and Centennial Hills' higher elevation and mountain views.

NORTHWEST

NORTH LAS VEGAS

An independent city running its own government north of the valley, with Aliante standing out as its most organized, park-rich master-planned corner.

NORTH LAS VEGAS

EAST

Established, centrally located territory east of the Strip corridor, home to UNLV and the airport despite carrying Las Vegas zip codes. Older housing stock and working-city character, without the master-planned community price tag.

EAST

SOUTH

Runs from Silverado Ranch's established, centrally convenient streets to Southern Highlands' guard-gated golf course community. Closer to the airport and the south Strip than most of the valley, with a price range as wide as the character.

SOUTH

SOUTHWEST

One of the valley's corners with substantial recent growth, anchored by Enterprise's new construction and Allegiant Stadium nearby, with Spring Valley's older, denser footprint just north of it.
